  • You should drink plenty of fluids
  • You should also remain in a freezing environment
  • Try to move slowly especially during hot days

If you feel yourself overheating, you must be able to keep yourself wet.  Take a cold shower or soak your body within a bathtub for a few hours a day.  In this way, you would be able to keep yourself comfortable during hot days.

Treatment and Diagnosis

In any case, you must be able to call your doctor right away so that you would be able to get treatment as soon as possible.  Doctors may have you undergo a skin biopsy for them to be able to distinguish what may be the underlying causes of your condition.  This is why you need to call your doctor right away if ever you feel any of the symptoms mentioned earlier.

You may be asked to stay overnight at the hospital for observation.  This way, they would know how your body reacts to specific measures that they are going to take as follows.

  • Putting you in a sweatbox
  • Treating the underlying disease that may have caused your condition
