1. Cut Out All Bread From Your Diet

You need to make sure that you no longer touch bread. Even a single bread roll a day will result in you gaining a lot of weight over a short period of time.

You will see amazing results in a just a couple of weeks from cutting out all bread from your diet. The weight that you are carrying will literally feel like it is melting off your body.

2. Stop Over Eating All The Time

I’d encourage you to not waste your time going to restaurants because number one they serve food that is terrible for your health and number two they serve it up in portions that are way too big especially if you want to shed the excess fat that you are carrying on your person.

The best trick I found to force myself to eat less at meal times is to put my food on smaller plates. I was used to eating on really big plates the moment I started to eat on smaller plates is the moment I began to lose a lot of weight in no time.

You are going to have a lot of energy if you just eat this way. Everyday you will be jumping out of bed with ease.

3. Stick To Drinking Water

Calorie rich drinks are something that will result in you putting on a lot of weight without you even realizing it. Things like all the coffee drinks you find at your local coffee shop and energy drinks should only be drunk after you have had a really tough workout session down at the gym.

To get the best result that much faster I’d encourage each and every one of your to only drink water when you are feeling thirsty.
