Don’t over drink
Sure it is the holidays and you do have time off from work but over drinking is not good for your health. Indulging in alcohol could be a sign of avoiding your feelings. Perhaps you get together with your family and things become more stressful. You may lean on the alcohol and drink a little bit too much to avoid feeling your feelings are addressing the issues.
