How to control anger?
Managing your emotions is an important training for a person to prevent stress and anxiety. As we all know, being annoyed or angry is just a normal response to a specific circumstance. However, it is pertinent to know how to deal with your anger and learn how to relax in any challenging situations.
First, think before you act. This is the basic rule of thumb to follow whenever you’re facing with drastic circumstances. For example, if someone will utter negative words to you, learn on how to ignore that individual or confront the person in a nice way. As much as possible, always be calm and composed in responding.

How to get a conducive sleep?
An eight-hour sleep is the standard time to relax your mind and body from the activities that you had to undertake for the day. It is important to have good sleeping patterns so that your body clock will get used to the scheme.
Drink a glass of milk every night before going to bed so that you can able to have a well-rounded sleep. A milk contains Tryptophan which promotes sleep and proteins to the body. Avoid drinking coffee before you to go sleep since coffee will keep you awake for a long period of hours.
Make it a habit to sleep at least around 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm to get an eight-hour sleep. In addition, stop using your smartphones, laptops, or switch off the TV before going to bed so that you will not be tempted to sleep at late hours.
