Ischemic heart disease is a serious illness. It is the basis of angina, myocardial infarction, and coronary heart disease. The disease begins to develop when the correlation between the need of the heart for blood and blood circulation is broken.
The causes of this disease are several including: high blood pressure, impaired metabolism, smoking and being overweight. Important thing is- if a heart attack occurs, do not panic. Remain seated and take a tablet of nitroglycerin under your tongue. If the attack isn’t gone to 3 minutes, take another tablet. During that time an ambulance should be called.
