How to Make Cellulite Magically Vanish with Apple Cider Vinegar

Experts say 80-90 percent of all women have some form of cellulite.

What is cellulite?

Cellulite looks like lumpy or dimpled skin because of the pattern of underlying fat deposits. It typically has a cottage cheese or orange peel texture. Being overweight by itself won’t give you cellulite, but if you have cellulite, to begin with, gaining weight will only make things worse.

Genetics play a significant role, both in how likely your body is to store fat and if it forms in ways that look like cellulite.

What can you do?

  • Brush your skin with a loofah sponge or skin brush when bathing.
  • Avoid sugar and alcohol.
  • Get a weekly full-body massage (you can have a friend or partner do this).
  • Stay fit (exercise daily and eat clean), you’re more likely to have less fat and more muscle.

Apple Cider Vinegar (used in the way described below) is an effective natural remedy that fights cellulite.

Ancient Egyptians, Romans, and Greeks were familiar with the therapeutic effects of apple cider vinegar.

ACV is an incredible source of minerals that promote blood circulation and excess body fluid removal. It’s well known for its ability to prevent water retention in the thighs and abdominal area and diminish the appearance of cellulite. It’s generally good for weight loss as well.

Anti-Cellulite Cream Recipe

Mix together two parts water and one part organic apple cider vinegar.

To accelerate the results, add a teaspoon of raw organic honey. It takes a few extra minutes of stirring to make sure the honey is dissolved.

Take this “cream” and rub it on the desired areas and let sit for at least 30 minutes and then rinse.

For losing weight, you can eat this too…

Take this in place of your breakfast and also one more time later in the day on an empty stomach.
