Varicose veins are enlarged, swollen, and tortuous (twisting) veins, frequently linked to faulty valves in the vein. They are generally blue or dark purple.
People with bulging and/or lumpy varicose veins on their legs may experience cramping pain and heavy limbs. Occasionally, in very severe cases, the varicose veins may rupture, or varicose ulcers may form on the skin.
In healthy veins, the valves within them stop the blood from remaining stagnant or flowing back – they open and close so that the blood can only flow in one direction.
If the valves are damaged or weakened, they may allow the blood to flow back and accumulate in the vein, making it varicose. Varicose simply means enlarged or swollen.
They look very ugly, so those who are struggling with varicose veins feel uncomfortable and they tend to cover them so most of the time they wear longer clothing.
Fortunately, there are a few ways to get rid of them and all you need are certain ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. In this article, we will present you the 2 methods with which you can get rid of varicose veins.
The First Method
In order to use this method, you will need to take some young tomatoes. Make sure they are not ripe. All you have to do is to cut the tomatoes into small pieces and apply them to the areas where you have broken capillaries.
Remember to hold the tomato pieces for 2-3 minutes and then rinse the area with water. After that, you can apply moisturizer to the affected area. You should repeat the process for 10 days and then cracked capillaries will disappear.
The Second Method
For this method, you should use apple cider vinegar. Apply some ACV to the areas with broken capillaries. Make sure to apply it 3 times per day for 3 to 4 weeks. You should be careful when applying vinegar and avoid the sensitive areas because it can irritate the skin.
Don’t hesitate and try these methods, the results will amaze you for sure.
