Eat This, Not That

Seafood and beans are great sources of protein and Iron. Dark, leafy greens are delicious in salads and stir-fries while also providing the Iron you need. The foods mentioned above are also decent sources of Zinc, which will help your muscles and tissues recover and restore themselves. You can also sprinkle some seeds onto your meals for added Zinc. For Vitamin C, get loads of fruits and veggies. Not only are they low-calorie, but they will make you feel and look refreshed as well. Finally, for those essential B vitamins, eat yogurt, potatoes, and eggs.
