What is sciatica?

Tennis Ball Therapy
It works with principles of massage, acupressure and reflexology. Pressing the tennis ball against these muscles, the muscle tension, pain and rigidity in the buttocks and legs are reduced. This exercise also improves mobility and blood circulation in the affected area.
Hot And Cold Compress
This is the most common and effective technique to treat sciatica. Initially treat yourself with a cold pack on the affected area for about 15-20 min every day for about a week.
