Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 ginger root (1 inch section)
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 2 celery ribs

Preparation

  • Wash all ingredients
  • Cut cucumber and celery into slices
  • Add all ingredients to blender; blend on high for a few minutes
  • Drink twice daily until you notice improvement!

You may feel some mild pain in your joints, but that’s just a sign of the uric acid build-up breaking up.
