Smoking is one of the worst habits and it adversely affects to every organ in the human body. Smoking is particularly harmful to the lungs and it is one major cause for development of cancer. With smoking are related other lung diseases such as asthma and bronchitis. Medical experts recommend this natural homemade drink to reduce the negative side effects of smoking. This is especially useful for those who have smoking experience more than five years.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small root ginger
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 400g garlic, peeled and chopped in quarters
  • 1l water
  • 400gr brown sugar

Preparation:

Place the water in a bowl and heat it, add the sugar inside. After the water is properly heated add the other ingredients. Boil it for 5 minutes, remove the bowl and wait it to cool at room temperature. Put the liquid in a glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator.

Use:

Take 2 teaspoons of this drink in the morning on empty stomach and 2 tablespoons in the evening after the last meal.
