All of us have felt pain in the joints, mostly in the elbows, knees or shoulders, at least once in our lives. It usually occurs to adults due to the aging process, but there are also young people who experience joint pain, even at the age of 25. Pain in the joints can be caused by trauma, fractures, heavy lifting, arthritis, rheumatism and so many other health factors.
If you are suffering from pain in the joints, try the remedy presented below in order to reduce it. This homemade recipe originates from certain Old Russian medical books and was proved to be amazingly beneficial. It is based on simple ingredients which can be found in every kitchen. You can even occur while you are sleeping.
- Hot mustard
- Baking soda
- Sea salt
Take one plastic / ceramic or wooden tablespoon. Get all of the ingredients and stir them together till you get a good homogeneous mixture. Place it in an empty cream jar or some other packaging and you are done with the preparation of this great remedy.
How to use it:
Apply some of the homemade cream on the affected area, put a plastic bag over and wrap it with a woolen cloth, preferably a scarf. But, make sure you tie it loose. Leave the cream on for 1.5-2 hours.
It is best if you do this before you go to bed, because during the night you do not move the joints, and they can heal better. You can rinse the area in the morning.
