Actually, long time ago, a monk in a Tibetan monastery discovered a wonderful recipe, which is nearly 5 000 years old! What makes this recipe great is that you won’t even notice the garlic in it.
We all know that garlic has powerful antibacterial properties and it is outstanding in fighting viruses, fungi and parasites, so that’s the reason why it’s the main ingredient in the recipe.
• 350g garlic
• 200ml 95% alcohol or rum
If you opt for alcohol, make sure that it doesn’t contain methanol or benzalkonium chloride.
Peel the garlic cloves and mince them. Combine the garlic with the alcohol and pour the solution in a glass bottle. After 10 days strain it, and put it back into the bottle and store it in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Use and dosage:
Drink this cure for not more than 12 days, by pouring a specific number of drops in a glass of water before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Put only one drop before breakfast in the first day of the treatment, two before lunch and three before dinner.
