Garlic lowers blood pressure

If you have high blood pressure, garlic can help in maintain it in the healthy range. However, this effect is also observed in people with normal or low blood pressure (hypotension).

Garlic treats fungal skin infections

Consuming garlic may be a form of treatment for certain fungal infections of the skin.
