Eat Breakfast

Breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and sup like a Pauper goes the old saying. Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day, yet it is the one most commonly skipped by busy people. A healthy breakfast will release energy throughout the morning to keep brain function high and all faculties sharp and alert. Keep healthy foods in the fridge like yoghourt and fresh fruit. It doesn’t really take long to slice a banana into a bowl of muesli and add a splash of milk. Grabbing a chocolate bar and a takeaway coffee to eat in the car is not the same thing at all, it is just sugar and empty calories which will burn off leaving you craving more.

Stretch

You don’t need a gym membership to exercise! Nor do you need special clothing, the fanciest trainers, or expensive weights and rowing machines. You just need to stretch. A few simple stretches every morning before you hop in the shower will loosen and limber you up, get the blood pumping and increase flexibility. It is a natural instinct to stretch, so give in to it.
