  • 1 to about 5 drops of vanilla extracts
  • 4 oz of water and
  • Crushed ice

Blend the ingredients to a desired level and enjoy the resulting protein shake.

Mint Chocolate-Chip Protein Shake

Ingredients for this shake include:

  • 2 scoops of low carb chocolate protein powder
  • 12 oz of mint-flavored green tea
  • 1 table spoon of raw cocoa butter
  • 1 table spoon cacao nibs and
  • Crushed ice

It is recommended that for this protein shake, steep about 2 of mint flavored green tea bags in 12oz hot water for three minutes. It is also ideal to give it some time to cool, otherwise, steep them in about 6 to 8 oz water and use the crushed ice while making the protein shake.
