  • 12 oz of mint-flavored green tea

  • Crushed ice

It is recommended that for this protein shake, steep about 2 of mint-flavored green tea bags in 12oz hot water for three minutes. It is also ideal to give it some time to cool, otherwise, steep them in about 6 to 8 oz water and use the crushed ice while making the protein shake.
