Spring is here. I’m sure you would like to spend it the best possible way you can. No one wants to start the new season feeling ill. That’s why you have to remain healthy.

Is that so hard to do? No! In fact, I have here 4 simple tips on how you can keep yourself healthy and sick free during the spring. Let’s start, shall we?

Taking care of your skin. Do you have plans to go out of town? Are you going to have a picnic with family or friends? If you are planning to go out more this spring, it is very important that you apply sunscreen. And don’t forget to moisturize. This is also the perfect time to get your huge hats. It is very important that you protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. Spring is a notorious season for having rashes and skin diseases. So you have to make sure that you level up your skin regimen.   

Gobble up some fruits and veggies that are in season. What are the foods that are in season now? Apricots are a good choice, don’t you think? Why don’t you make yummy treats using cherries? Or for those who are craving for Kiwis, this is the season to munch up those. Care for some lemonades? This is the season when lemons are juiciest. My tip for you is to visit the local market instead of your usual supermarket. The local market offers fresh harvests. Sometimes, the fruits and veggies being sold in ‘supermarkets’ have a lot of preservatives. Not healthy!

Get moving. Welcome this season by working out and being fit. It’s the perfect season to go out and get sweaty. You can enjoy the fine weather and try running sports. If you want, you can ask your friends to play outdoor volleyball. Water sports aren’t a bad idea too.

Outdoor sports aren’t your thing? Well, you can definitely try yoga. You can play squash too.  For those who have wii game console, buy video games that would make you sweat like there’s no tomorrow.

Regularly clean yourself and your surroundings. It is a must that you wash your hands or you take a bath 2x a day. That’s the best way you can clear up those allergens. We wouldn’t want to catch allergies. Would we? Apart from that, you should maintain a clean environment. Yes, spring cleaning is a must. Make sure that you clean your fans and your air condition units. Make sure that your figurines aren’t collecting any dusts.
