Spring 2013 Trend: Sculpted Face
Spring brings about many new trends, as does any other season. This season, however, one of the hottest looks is going to be having a sculpted face. Many celebrities are well known for wearing their makeup this way. Kim Kardashian is one of the most famous and always has a face that looks beautiful and sculpted. If you want your makeup to look just like Kim Kardashian, here are a few tips that you can use to get it that way.
What You Will Need
When you are going to be doing your makeup like Kim Kardashian and you are going to be attempting the sculpted look, you will need to have a great foundation. Revlon PhotoReady foundation is always a great choice, as it will give you that flawless finish. You may want to choose a color a shade or two darker than what you usually wear so you can look a little tan. You will also want to be sure that you have an orangey colored blush for your cheeks. Pick up an Urban Decay Naked or Naked 2 eye shadow pallet because you will need it for your smoky eye. Finally, choose some good bronzer, as you will find it comes in handy.
How to Do It
The first thing that you will want to do is to apply your foundation all over your face. You can use either a foundation brush or a makeup sponge for the most even application. Next, you will want to take the orange blush and apply it under your eyes and to your cheeks. You can apply it in a V shape for the best highlighted look. Once you have the blush blended into the V shape on your cheeks, you will want to take a slanted brush and use the bronzer to accentuate your cheeks. Make a fish face and apply the bronzer to your cheek bones, gradually building color. When you have your cheek bones sculpted the way you want them, you can apply bronzer all over. Use the Naked or Naked 2 pallet to create a smoky eye. You can then apply your eye liner and mascara as usual. Finish the look with an orange colored lip.
Making your face look sculpted this spring can make all the difference in the world. You will look tan and beautiful, just like Kim Kardashian. This look is not hard to recreate and is something that, with a little practice, you will get perfect at. In no time at all, you will look like you have a professional makeup artist doing your makeup and you just walked off a runway at a fashion event. Best of luck!
