Anxiety

Anxiety is a mental health issue that can polarize an individual from completing daily life activities, working or even socializing with others altogether. Anxiety is a widespread mental illness that can trigger generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and even obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). There are many different branches of anxiety that trigger numerous symptoms depending on the severity of the anxiety and each patient’s individual case.
