Go Dairy and Be Cheesy. There’s a growing number of evidence that indicates cheese, milk, and yogurt (and other dairy products) contain minerals that strengthen our teeth and help re-mineralization and prevent tooth decay. You can also use this with a little help of baking soda but don’t use this method too often as it might damage the enamel of your teeth.

Eat Chocolate. I don’t know about you guys but I didn’t realize that eating chocolate can be this beneficial to our teeth. I actually thought that it can produce cavities and all but the truth is it acts as an anti-bacterial element in our mouth because of the husk of the cocoa bean. Although many dentist still advice to minimize the consumption because it is still sweet. Sugar is still an issue, so keep it into a minimum.
