Put yourself first
If you have a lot on your plate and you’re not taking care of yourself, you will feel depleted. Put yourself first for a happy, and healthy day. This means taking care of yourself by eating a proper breakfast and brushing your teeth regularly. People who take care of their health feel better and they also manage stress more easily.
Spend time with loved ones
If you’re feeling stressed out, chances are you’re not spending enough time with loved ones. If you are overwhelmed, take a moment to pause and go tell a family member or friend how much you care about them. This can help get you out of your own way and it can also help you talk out the problem if you’re feeling overwhelmed. When you lean on friends and family they help make it better.
Spend time with furry friends
If you have a pet and you’re feeling stressed out, reach for your pet. Pets are a great mood stabilizer. They can turn any frown upside down. They will help uplift your mood and make you feel more balance.
Brush your teeth
If you are feeling overwhelmed simply step away from the situation, go use mouthwash or brush your teeth. This is a fantastic way to help you get out of your own way.

When you are healthy, you tend to be less stressed. People who are healthy tend to manage stress easier then those who fail to take care of themselves.
Take a bath
If you are overwhelmed with all of life’s demands you can simply pause, and take a bath. warm baths have a natural way of calming people down. There are natural bath salts, oils and bubble bath that can also help reduce your stress levels.
