Remember, you need healthy eyes too to get your work done. Others such as green leafy vegetables are also good for the body.

2. Refrain from eating junk food. When you take a break at work, make sure that you eat only healthy snacks and refrain from consuming junk food. Junk food has MSG, preservatives, and other ingredients that are harmful to the body. So if you love your work, make sure that you eat less junk food so that you won’t easily get ill or get health problems in the long run.

3. Avoid too much of alcohol. Drinking beer and other alcoholic beverages during gatherings is okay but make sure you don’t drink too much. Take note that if you become alcoholic, you might end up losing your job since your performance at work would be greatly affected. So try to limit your alcohol intake.

4. Eat a well-balanced meal. In order to stay healthy, you should have a well-balanced meal everyday. Make sure you follow the suggested food pyramid- go, grow, and glow foods. You should eat more of high-fiber foods like oats, wheat, cereals, etc. then fruits and veggies. Don’t forget your protein-rich foods like eggs, fish, and meat since you need them to keep your body lean and strong.
